Kameelah Janan Rasheed
2022
Artist2Artist Fellowship
Rasheed is a learner with interests in rituals of concealment, revelation, and languaging across all species and galaxies. With a focus on Black storytelling, Islamic mysticism, ecology, and algorithmic processes, I am interested in translation (and the impossibility thereof), the erotics of [un]learning, and mutability.
Rasheed is also a 2022 Betty Parsons Fellow.
