Linda has worked in the arts as an educator, administrator, funder, curator, and advocate. Her work has focused on the supporting artists/culture bearers, and new platforms for cultural practice, participation, and discourse. She is on the advisory boards of the Vera List Center for Art & Politics at the New School, and the Aspen Institute’s Artists Endowed Foundation Initiative. Linda writes about art, has written about and organized public programs on Black Cultural Archives as a Pew Visiting Scholar. She was a Professor of Practice at Tyler School of Art where she established an arts management curriculum centered in cultural equity. She’s currently advising and working on her own creative projects.
